SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Unless it's a pre-order or stated otherwise in product details- some items that sell out quickly may be restocked within 10-14 business days and customers will have option to wait or get a refund for their orders. 

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

In Store Pick Up Option

If you choose in store pick up wait for an email discussing a pickup location or if you haven’t received one email us, there is no additional charge. Items will be ready for pickup within 4 business days of purchasing. You will receive a notification when the item is ready for pickup. 


RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

How To Return An Item

Clothing  item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 10 days of your purchase.

  1. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include candles, intimates, swimwear and the like. 

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

All items on sale or bought with a discount code are FINAL SALE

 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your local post office. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.

We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.  

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: 

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise you must contact us WITHIN 4 DAYS of receiving your shipment. Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to thesouthern.bliss.boutique@gmail.com. Please include the order number in the subject line.
